Celiac Disease kills one out of every 133 people in the United States alone every year. The cause of Celiac disease is yet to be ascertained but some remedies are available. To put matters simply, Celiac Disease results from an inability to digest Glutten. Quite obviously glutten free bread is one way of keeping the disease at bay.
Females are more prone to Celiac Disease and the DR3 and DQw2 leukocyte antigen halotypes seem to involved in this. Celiac Disease has also been found to be occuring mostly in siblings.
It’s bad news for the Blacks and those with European origin – such people are more prone to get affected owing to their genetic structures. Celiac Disease can develop at any age and those with a family history of Celiac disease are more prone to get affected.
