Celiac Disease kills one out of every 133 people in the United States alone every year. The cause of Celiac disease is yet to be ascertained but some remedies are available. To put matters simply, Celiac Disease results from an inability to digest Glutten. Quite obviously glutten free bread is one way of keeping the disease at bay.
